- Suitable for heavy-duty and continuous cutting, it can maintain long-lasting high precision and excellent surface roughness.
- High-precision, high-rigidity, heavy-duty Taiwan Pusan sleeve-type spindle. The spindle is equipped with either original imported Japanese NSK or optionally selected German FAG P4-grade precision spindle bearings. Through engineering calculations and analysis, an optimized span configuration has been achieved. Combined with a unique labyrinth-type waterproof design and a finned spindle housing design, this spindle delivers optimal water- and dust-proof performance. Leveraging advanced lubrication technology and a highly rigid sleeve structure, the spindle exhibits exceptional stability, ensuring maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and machining accuracy. It features a 4.4 kW servo spindle motor from Japan’s Yaskawa, enabling wide-range, stepless automatic speed regulation. The spindle bearings are arranged in a three-before-two-after configuration, providing enhanced resistance to strong impacts. The spindle’s maximum designed rotational speed is 8,000 rpm.
- It features excellent rigidity and convenient operation and chip removal. With high strength, the bed is inclined at 30° or 45° and is made using high-quality cast iron with resin sand molding, followed by a secondary annealing treatment to ensure casting stability. Its compact rib-and-brace structure provides outstanding rigidity and strong seismic resistance. The large carriage and tool post are positioned at an angle, making machine operation and chip removal both easy and convenient. Additionally, the machine occupies a small footprint, offering excellent user-friendliness.
- High-rigidity, high-precision, and high-speed linear guide rails of Class P imported from Taiwan’s Shangyin or Yintai, C3 precision ball screws, and specialized NSK screw bearings from Japan. Both ends of the screw are pre-tensioned at the machining center to enhance rigidity. The two-axis drive system directly connects an imported servo motor to a precision ball screw via an elastic coupling, ensuring optimal force distribution and high positioning accuracy. An automatic computer-controlled lubrication system provides forced lubrication for both the linear guide rails and ball screws. The X-axis and Z-axis are equipped with high-rigidity linear guide rails; the optimal span between rails has been calculated to achieve low friction, high rigidity, and high precision, with displacement speeds ranging from 18 to 36 m/min, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing processing time. The hydraulic station features a quantitative pump, hydraulic motor, and solenoid valves from Taiwan, along with an air-cooling system, resulting in low noise levels and low oil temperature.
- It features a Taiwan Liuxin eight-station hydraulic rotary tool turret, which offers high positioning accuracy, low failure rate, rapid tool changes, and tool changes performed at the nearest available position.
- It features a beautifully designed, fully enclosed protective cover with excellent waterproof performance and an easily operated, smooth-opening door.
- The control system and spindle motor feature a servo spindle, equipped with a two-axis radial or axial servo power head. This setup enables the spindle to achieve 360° arbitrary indexing positioning, as well as drilling, tapping, and milling functions.
- The machine tool lighting uses explosion-proof, long-life, high-brightness LED energy-saving lamps. The cooling pump is a high-flow model imported from Taiwan. The base can be made of an integral casting, offering high strength and excellent seismic resistance, making it particularly well-suited for environments in northern regions with significant temperature fluctuations.
