Enhance the enclosure’s protection rating to IP67 and IP65 respectively through integrated design and the addition of protective covers. Combined with the linear soft-floating function, this solution is ideal for special environments such as die casting.

The forearm is now coated with high-temperature-resistant paint, enabling its use in environments with temperatures as high as 200 degrees Celsius (Note: continuous high-temperature resistance duration: 20 seconds).

Integrated design achieves a wrist protection rating of IP67.

By installing a protective cover, the enclosure achieves an IP65 protection rating.

The J1 joint can rotate 360 degrees, enabling operations in all directions.

When robotic arms pick up workpieces or load/unload them onto machine tools, there is a discrepancy between the gripping position and the positioning reference point of the raw workpieces. The robot can move in response to external forces, ensuring complete contact with the workpiece to prevent collisions and friction. By replacing traditional mechanical mechanisms with purely software-based control, system costs can be reduced.

By adjusting the stiffness in each direction (X, Y, Z), linear soft floating can be achieved in the Cartesian coordinate system (world coordinate system, tool coordinate system, and user coordinate system).
