Mechanical features:

The ultra-large column is sturdy and deformation-free, enabling high-speed displacement of 48 meters per minute.
Extra-large-span base with a robust six-point support structure, enabling high-speed movement without vibration or deformation.
The three-axis high-speed displacement reaches 48 m/min, offering fast speeds and saving machining time.
Low-inertia spindle design ensures high stability; the arm-type tool magazine enables fast and accurate tool changes, with a tool-change time of just 1.2 seconds. In addition to part machining, this system is ideally suited for drilling holes with smaller diameters.
Equipped with a high-performance AC spindle servo motor and a user-friendly, dialog-based interface for easy operation.

High-rigidity main structure:

All components are made from Meehanite cast iron, a high-tensile casting material with excellent shock absorption and wear resistance. Moreover, they undergo stress-relief and failure-proofing treatments to ensure that the machine tool maintains optimal precision over the long term.
