      The spindle features either original, imported NSK bearings from Japan or, optionally, high-precision P4-grade FAG bearings from Germany. Through engineering calculations and analysis, we’ve achieved an optimized bearing span configuration. Combined with a unique labyrinth-type waterproof design and a finned spindle housing, this setup delivers superior water- and dust-proof performance. Leveraging advanced lubrication technology and a highly rigid sleeve structure, the spindle exhibits exceptional stability, ensuring maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and machining accuracy. The spindle is driven by a 4.4 kW servo spindle motor from Yaskawa in Japan, enabling wide-range, stepless automatic speed regulation. The spindle bearings are arranged in a configuration of three at the front and two at the rear, providing enhanced resistance to strong impacts. The spindle’s maximum designed rotational speed is 8,000 rpm.

      High strength: The bed is inclined at 30° or 45° and is made using high-quality cast iron with resin sand molding, followed by a secondary annealing treatment to ensure casting stability. It features a compact rib-and-brace structure that provides excellent rigidity and strong seismic resistance. The large carriage and tool post are positioned at an angle, making machine operation and chip removal highly convenient while minimizing the machine's footprint and enhancing user-friendliness. Equipped with high-rigidity, high-precision, and high-speed imported Taiwan Hiwin or Sinomach P-class linear guides, C3 precision ball screws, and specialized NSK screw bearings from Japan. Both ends of the screw are pre-tensioned with external reinforcement, further enhancing its rigidity. The two-axis drive system directly connects imported servo motors to precision ball screws via flexible couplings, ensuring optimal force distribution and high positioning accuracy. A computer-controlled automatic lubrication system provides forced lubrication for both linear guides and ball screws. The X-axis and Z-axis utilize high-rigidity linear guides; the optimal span between guide rails has been precisely calculated to achieve low friction, high rigidity, and high precision. The travel speed can reach 18–36 m/min, significantly boosting work efficiency and reducing machining time.
    • The hydraulic station features Taiwan-made fixed-displacement pumps, hydraulic motors, and solenoid valves, and is equipped with an air-cooling system, resulting in low noise and low oil temperature.
    • It features a Taiwan Liuxin eight-station hydraulic rotary tool turret, which boasts high positioning accuracy, low failure rate, rapid tool changes, and convenient nearby tool changing. It is equipped with an elegant, fully enclosed protective shield that offers excellent waterproof performance and allows the movable doors to open smoothly and effortlessly.
    • The control system and spindle motor utilize a servo spindle, and a two-axis radial or axial servo power head is added. This configuration enables the spindle to achieve arbitrary indexing and positioning at 360°, as well as drilling, tapping, and milling functions.
    • The machine tool lighting uses explosion-proof, long-life, high-brightness LED energy-saving lamps. The cooling pump is a high-capacity model imported from Taiwan. *The base can be made of an integral casting, offering high strength and excellent seismic resistance, making it particularly suitable for environments in northern regions with large temperature fluctuations.
