The ALM-type aluminum centralized continuous melting furnace is a high-quality furnace designed to supply molten aluminum. During continuous melting, it maintains a stable molten aluminum temperature with minimal fluctuations—typically within a range of ±5 degrees Celsius. A partition wall is installed between the tapping chamber and the holding chamber, effectively isolating any floating slag generated during melting. This ensures that the quality of the molten aluminum in the tapping chamber remains consistently high, thereby enhancing the overall product quality. This furnace is widely used for supplying molten aluminum to multiple casting machines of the same alloy grade, as well as for automotive parts die casting and as a complementary unit for large-scale die casting machines.

This furnace design features a tower-like structure. Above the melting chamber is a material tower, where solid aluminum is thoroughly preheated before being melted and flowing into the insulation chamber.
This furnace has relatively high site requirements. The layout of the melting furnace needs to take into account factors such as the method of aluminum liquid transfer, site size, height, and transportation considerations. Customers can customize the slag removal direction and material feeding direction according to the on-site conditions.
