This furnace is designed with a user-centered approach, focusing on practical operational use. Its internal structure features an imported castable lining, an anti-permeation layer, imported nano-microporous panels, and ceramic fiber boards as thermal insulation materials. To enhance the utilization of exhaust gas heat and reduce exhaust gas temperatures, our company has developed a proprietary heat exchanger—a high-performance aluminum alloy-specific gas-fired thermal insulation furnace that pushes energy efficiency to the extreme and boasts internationally advanced performance.
Furnace Structure Description
Main body shell component- The outer shell and baseplate are fabricated by welding together 8mm A3 steel plates, and the underframe is assembled using nationally standardized channel steel. With the exception of the internal insulation layer and working layer, the structure is essentially made of welded metal components.
- The base features four adjustable threaded posts that can be raised or lowered by turning the nuts, allowing you to achieve the desired height (customizable according to customer requirements).
Furnace lining structure
The furnace lining, from outside to inside, consists of the following layers in sequence: an outer shell made of iron plates, a thermal shield coating, calcium silicate boards, a ceramic fiber board combined with a nano-microporous board, a waterproof and anti-aluminum melt penetration layer, and a cast-in-place layer. The cast-in-place layer is made of imported non-stick aluminum casting material. For thermal insulation, the materials are arranged in a specific order based on thorough thermal conductivity calculations, ensuring that the surface temperature of the insulated furnace remains below 30°C above room temperature. This improves the high-temperature working environment in the workshop, further reduces energy consumption, and enhances product competitiveness.
