Safe transportation of molten aluminum liquid:
Aluminum liquid transfer packages are typically made of high-temperature-resistant materials (such as refractory linings and steel structural shells), enabling them to withstand the erosion of high-temperature molten aluminum (at temperatures above approximately 660°C). This ensures that no leakage or splashing occurs during the transfer process, thereby safeguarding the safety of operating personnel.
Thermal insulation function:
Transfer bags are typically equipped with insulation layers (such as refractory fibers or specialized thermal insulation materials) to minimize heat loss of the molten aluminum during transportation, maintain its fluidity, prevent premature solidification, and ensure the smooth execution of subsequent casting or pouring processes.
Precise pouring:
Transfer bags are typically equipped with a tilting mechanism or a pouring spout, which allow precise control over the flow rate and pouring speed of molten aluminum. They are suitable for various casting processes—including die casting, sand casting, low-pressure casting, and others—ensuring that the molten aluminum is accurately poured into molds or casting equipment.
Aluminum Liquid Purification and Treatment:
Some high-end transfer containers are equipped with degassing, filtration, or stirring devices that can purify the molten aluminum during transfer, removing impurities, gases (such as hydrogen), and oxides, thereby improving the quality of the molten aluminum and reducing casting defects.
Improve production efficiency:
By using aluminum liquid transfer carts, factories can efficiently transfer molten aluminum from the melting furnace to the casting machine, reducing intermediate handling steps and enhancing production continuity and efficiency.
